After you agree to and sign our service contract, your flight can be scheduled within 3-5 business days (weather permitting). If you need help with the details of the service contract or anything else related to the flight planning, feel free to let us know. We are happy to assist!

Weather is always taken into account before our team conducts a flight. If conditions are not safe, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest date and time possible

During the pre-flight review, our team will see if there are any flight restrictions at your location.  Should your location be in controlled airspace, we will need to request pre-authorization from the FAA before we proceed.

No. It is not necessary for you to be on-site with our pilot, unless there are unknown hazards that need to be addressed for the pilot’s safety. Prior to your appointment, we will discuss the details and answer any questions you may have.

We will deliver your aerial photos and/or videos via a pin-protected online gallery, where you can easily download high-resolution digital files. This allows you to view, select, and share your images with any vendors of your choice. You can also order prints directly from the gallery if you'd like. (Please note, we do not receive any commission or incentive should you choose to purchase prints through the gallery.) The pin will be sent to you by email once your photos and/or videos are ready.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. The remaining 50% balance is due on the date of service and will be automatically charged to the card used at booking, unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept most major credit cards. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
